We hope every child and family enjoys the ReignBow Journey experience.

Because all content becomes available immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds.

All purchases of the ReignBow app, subscriptions, premium features, downloadable content, journals, meditations, and digital resources are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately and waive any right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds, if available, are governed by the policies of those platforms.

If you experience any technical issues accessing ReignBow within your first 30 days, we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly so you can enjoy the full experience. Email us any time at hey@aniyapage.com.

ReignBow is designed for teenage girls. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (e.g., under 13 in the U.S.), you may only use ReignBow with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using ReignBow, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You can sign up with email and password or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hey@aniyapage.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

ReignBow offers a free plan, a monthly plan ($5/month) with a choice of Mom or Dad content, and an annual plan ($50/year) that includes both. Payment processing is not currently active — plan selections are recorded but not charged. Pricing and features may change; we'll notify you before any billing begins.

You own the journal entries, audio recordings, and transcripts you create in ReignBow. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, saving your audio and generating transcripts). We do not use your journal content for advertising or share it with third parties.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate others.
• Upload unlawful, hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security.
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy content from the Service.

ReignBow provides meditations, prompts, and journaling tools for general wellbeing. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are struggling, please reach out to a trusted adult, doctor, or crisis service in your area.

The ReignBow name, design, meditations, and other original content (excluding user-created content) are owned by Aniya Page and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aniya Page will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of ReignBow after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
