We hope every child and family enjoys the ReignBow Journey experience. Because all content becomes available immediately after purchase, we are unable to offer refunds. If something isn't working properly, please reach out to us at hey@aniyapage.com. We'll do our best to make it right.
No Refunds
All purchases of the ReignBow app, subscriptions, premium features, downloadable content, journals, meditations, and digital resources are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content begins immediately and waive any right to a refund except where required by applicable law.
For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds, if available, are governed by the policies of those platforms.
30-Day Support Promise
If you experience any technical issues accessing ReignBow within your first 30 days, we'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly so you can enjoy the full experience. Email us any time at hey@aniyapage.com.
