Privacy Policy

• Account information. When you sign up with email and password, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google — nothing more.
• Profile. A display name derived from your sign-in.
• Subscription details. Your selected plan (free, monthly, annual) and, for monthly plans, whether it's for Mom or Dad. We do not currently process payments.
• Journal content. Audio recordings you create in the Audio Journal and text transcripts generated from those recordings. These are stored privately in your account.
• Local device storage. Some features (like the daily written journal and selected plan) are saved only in your browser's local storage on your device.
• Basic technical data. Standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.

• To create and secure your account.
• To store and play back your journal entries and transcripts.
• To remember your chosen subscription plan.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To respond to your questions or support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

ReignBow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only the basic profile scopes (openid, email, profile) needed to sign you in. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not transfer it to third parties except to provide or improve the Service, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized.

Your account, profile, subscription, and journal data are stored in our backend infrastructure provided by Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase). Audio files are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to you. Automatic transcription is performed by the Lovable AI service. These providers act as data processors on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your data.

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties, except when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.

We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password hashing, and per-user access controls (row-level security) to keep your data private. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

ReignBow is intended for teenagers. If you are under the age required to consent to online services in your country (for example, under 13 in the U.S.), please use ReignBow only with a parent or guardian's involvement. If we learn we have collected information from a child in a way that violates applicable law, we will delete it. Parents or guardians can contact us at aniyareignpage@gmail.com to review or delete their child's information.

• Access & deletion. You can view and delete your journal entries from within the app. You can request full account deletion by emailing us.
• Disconnect Google. You can revoke ReignBow's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.
• Local data. Clearing your browser storage removes locally saved journal drafts.

We keep your account and journal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or a specific entry, the corresponding data is removed from our systems in a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of ReignBow after changes means you accept the updated policy.
